Anatoly Chubais - a Russian politician and business manager who was responsible for privatization in Russia, was an influential member of Boris Yeltsin's administration, and was the head of the state-owned electrical power monopoly Unified Energy System. The 2004 survey by PricewaterhouseCoopersand Financial Times named him the world's 54th most respected business leader.

Currently Anatoly Chubais is a CEO of Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) and a member of the Advisory Council for JP Morgan Chase.

The Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) was established in September 2007.  Its mission is to advance Russia into the pool of the world's leaders in the field of nanotechnologies. The priority of RUSNANO is commercialization of nanotechnology projects with high business potential and/or social benefit. The Corporation has about $5 billion under management, provided solely by the Russian Government.
